Alright, flip to the back of your spankin new card! You will need to remove the black back heatspreader over the card's behind!
First let's take a look at the voltage measurement spots. Below you will see the spots to measure voltage of GPU1 and GPU2 and voltage of Memory.
VGPU1 is 1.33v after boot up while VGPU2 hangs at 1.02v until 3D application starts.
Memory voltage hangs around 1.96v.
Let's take a look at the GPU Core voltage mod area. You have to mod for both cores.

Solder a 50ohms variable resistor to spot marked below and connect other end of VR to Ground.

Set at Maximum resistance of 50ohms and tune down resistance to increase voltage.
Repeat for VGPU2 as shown below:

Of course do cool the card well. Also with a two phase Digital PWM for each core, you should take care when modding the card as the safety limit for the voltage regulators is not truly tested yet.
For Memory Voltage mod, you will need to take off the front cooler. Look for the spot near the PCIE power connector:

Connect a 5K ohms variable resistor to spot marked below and connect other end of VR to Ground. Set at Maximum resistance of 5K ohms and tune down resistance to increase voltage.
Happy overclocking!!

Thanks Peter
